As a professional with nearly 30 years of experience, Mr. Johnson has exceptional leadership, knowledge and expertise in water resources, water rights, technical engineering principles, and project management. Delmas is intimately familiar with the dynamics of Utah’s water resources, specifically as it relates to regulations, public policy, engineering, administrative, and technical requirements. He has interfaced with numerous stakeholder agencies and their departments, including the State of Utah, local governments, and private institutions.
Delmas has the ability to meet a wide variety of needs on a local and global level. He has served as a project manager throughout all phases of infrastructure development, including planning, design, permitting, bidding, construction, and contract administration. As a standard for all projects, he provides quality engineering solutions that adhere to robust and sustainable design principles, so that capital improvements are constructed with high performance and efficiency.
